Being that it's your second I think you'll be fine. What was your weekly milage before you started training? Not to mention you got a 10 miler in there not too long ago and a lot of HM training programs peak at 10. Only you know your body and you have experience with a half so you should know if you can handle it or not.
ETA: I wasn't really paying attention to the dates and it looks like that 10 miler was longer ago then I thought. So I'll stick with my only you know your body advice. If it was me I'd feel ok running it, but know that I'd be at risk for injury and that it wouldn't be a very enjoyable run. Good luck with your decision
