Default Foot pain after hilly run? What is it?

I ran a hilly 5K race Sat. Did not feel pain or injury during or after the race. Sunday night, my inner and nearer the ankle, right foot developed a red slightly swollen area. It is painful when I flex my foot as I walk or run.

I rocked the up-hills. I think it's an over-use injury, but no sure. What kind of strain can this be?

I plan on icing it tonight and taking it easy before my next race this sat., which will be flat, but I'm concerned. Anyone have any ideas on what the heck I did to my foot without even knowing it?

No replies, but if anyone ever has this same Q, I found my answer. It's posterior tibial tendonitis. Anti-inflams and rest for me. No 5K this weekend.
