Last August I was at a Syracuse Chiefs baseball game. I got hit by the ball, and the local reporter came and took a picture of me and posted it on the website. OMG was I fat! I was mortified. I rejoined WW after a 9 year absence, since that was the only thing that worked in the past.

So many for me

- when I hated going to the store as I felt too self conscious and was scared I would run into someone I knew

- being winded from climbing a flight of stairs

- having really bad chest pains

- needing to buy clothes each season because I outgrew them

- only wearing what fit me and not having the choice of wearing what I like

- catching my side profile in the mirror & seeing pictures of me from Christmas

- people around me were losing weight and I was getting bigger and bigger
