Oh man, I have something different all of the time! Just depends on my mood, where I am and where I'm going, and who is with me. Usually if it's just me and I am busy, I have a coffee flavored protein shake that I make at home. If my hubby is home and we are just hanging out, we make low carb pancakes or crepes. If it's going to be a busy weekend in and out, I make a quiche and have that with some fresh berries or a small salad. Sometimes I have what is called and Oopsie roll (form Your Lighter Side blog). It just depends! I also love a thin steak! Just depends! Hope this helps!

I'm with EmmaLilly. I always have two eggs in the morning, sometimes with some low-sodium bacon or a couple slices of tomato. One of my favorite recipes is a sausage and cheese cup. It takes a little longer to prepare, but you make six of them and they store well in the fridge.
4 ounces turkey sausage or crumbled turkey bacon
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
5 large eggs
1 can (12 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained (I use fresh)
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350. Coat a 6-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with baking cups.
In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, pepper, and onion for 5 minutes, or until the sausage is no longer pink. Spoon the mix into a bowl and cool slightly. Stir in the eggs and mushrooms. Evenly divide the mixture among the prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg is set.

I've never been much of a "breakfast-food for breakfast" kind of person.
I just ran across some really great low-carb recipes on youtube, just yesterday. I wrote a few down, but I haven't tried any yet.
One guy in particular, seems to focus on super-fast, easy recipes (a lot of them using the microwave or a skillet).
I especially want to try the mock danish. It's maybe a five minute, five ingredient recipe.

The one-minute low-carb bread in the microwave also looked interesting

This lady (lowcarbmeals) also has lots of youtube videos and an online low-carb store ( http://www.lowcarbmeals.us/)

My favorite breakfast is a bowl of natural oats with cinnamon - add blueberries and walnuts.. I actually crave this... and a side note - ever since I started adding blueberries my skin has cleared up and people tell me I have "glowing skin" -

I have a One Minute Muffin:

There are so many variations, I never get tired of them. And you can toast them and put cream cheese or butter on them.
