I just made the same comment on someone else's weight loss of 10 pounds in a week. Water weight, weight weight as long as the scale makes a descent I'm all over it!

I read a saying a while ago that I absolutely adore. Look at weight loss like a flight of stairs if you slipped down a few, would you go all the way down to the bottom and start all over again? No, you would get back up and continue climbing to the top!
