Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: It's been on and off since Jan this year, halted due to pregnancy.

Starting Weight: 226

Present Weight: 215

Goal Weight: 175 or less, I was 175 throughout 8th grade til I graduated so if I'm capable of being smaller, I'll go for it

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: my endurance and physical stamina sucks. so motivation i guess.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: i woke up with a strong motivation to go running the other day and i'm going to make a habit of doing it every day.
