Default 199 BABY!!! 45ish down!
Yay!!! Onderland I started around 245 (no scale yet) and was 257 at my highest. I started losing weight when I went vegan July 2010 without working towards it and stopped around 230. I felt so amazing and full of energy from the diet change and weight loss that I decided to work harder and as of January 1st this year I started watching calories and exercising like crazy.

I don't post on here much but check in daily to get my fix of inspiration. Thank you everyone! This is such a wonderful positive site!

Next mini goal 180 and then to my final goal 159

I will try to get some pics up sometime this week.

Way to go! I couldn't believe it when the dr's scale said 198. It is such a great feeling. Keep going!

Thanks everyone!!!!! It feels great, just weighed in at 198! the pounds keep dropping and I couldn't be more happy. I just keep thinking what took me so long to feel this great.
