Smile Two Minis Down
Weighed 229 this AM. Getting into the 220s was a mini goal as was getting to 60 pounds lost. Well this morning both of those were accomplished.

I am just taking it 10 pounds at a time. I hope to run a sub 30 minute 5k next weekend. And yes, it does feel good. I know I have put in the work and I am proud that it is showing.
