Default a few NSVs!

Wow, I am on a run here.

On the weekend I found a few more older clothes that don't only fit but are too big already.

I had to punch new holes into two belts yesterday.

I made it through the morning without a snack today!

Today is the first day, where I managed to drink 1.5 liters (50oz) during work hours.

I didn't forget to eat a snack in the afternoon.

Small steps for me...

YAY me! ;-)

Whoo-hoo!!!! That is so great!

I do hope you plan to keep some of the old clothes for comparison so you know how far you've come!

That's so great Josey!! Keep it up!

I had an issue with water intake too, but now I drink 3-4 litres a day. My secret? A water bottle with a straw in it. I will drink just about anything if it has a straw in it, I don't know why, but I have always been that way. If someone asks me to hold their drink, and it has a straw, sometimes I don't even think about it, I just take a sip...so I knew that was the key to getting tons of water in me! LOL

OhMyDogs- Yes! Same secret here- straws. I bought reusable straws from the local dollar store and I've been getting in a ton of water per day.

Thanks guys.

I will definitely keep some fat pants as a reminder!!

Drinking with a straw sound interesting. I gotta try this. So far I found out that drinking from a bottle works better than glasses. And the bigger the bottle the better.

Good tip about straws. I'll have to work on that. Congrats on a good day Josey!

I'm all about the bobble water bottle. It filters the water as you drink, and they're soooo cute and they come in a million colors. They're so fun, it makes drinking water easy and it tastes good too. I could even drink well water out of it!!

Oh boy! Another NSV. What a week!
Today I was wearing the smallest jeans I had in my closet. They are tight but not too tight (no muffin top!). They are also the oldest I have. I bought them after I lost 44 lbs in 2002. Lowest weight ever. I am still about 10 lbs away from that weight but the jeans fit!
I am soooo excited.
