Default Week 1 down...
I just wanted to share that I have made it through my first my first week and I'm feeling pretty great and....10.5 lbs lighter! Jeans are fitting like they should again and I can't wait until they're too big!

That is great news! Awsome job! You should be very proud of yourself because it sure isn't easy completing a clean phase one. Your weight loss shows that you worked hard at it. Keep up the good work this next week too.

Thank you all! I know what I'm eating has huge part in saying goodbye to those pounds, but I have to say I've made it a priority to get 15 minutes of exercise every day...going on my 9th straight day of exercise and it feels so good!
