I'm so much in flux right now that I don't know what I'd be committing to, lol! I just stopped nursing this week and I'm finding that my body is doing some wonky things. I've been able to almost effortlessly cut out sugar (except for my coffee - that's non-negotiable
) and I'm not ravenously hungry all. the. time. anymore.
BUT, I find myself eating too little during the day since I'm not terribly concerned with eating enough anymore (if that makes sense.)
I'd love to commit to being on plan, I just don't know what my plan looks like! I have been nursing or pregnant since January of 2008 so this is new territory for me... I'm not sure what to do with myself.
