I like the idea of the new shows. What do you all think?

I think both shows, The Chew and The Revolution, will be appropriate for the daytime demographic they seek to entertain. I do groan at the though of yet another "lifestyle transformation" and food show. But, many people eat this stuff up, pun intended.

But there will be a bunch of mad old women who have watched those soaps for years. Hehe. I can see the network executive walking down the street and getting attacked by elderly women and their handbags.

No kidding!!
I was reading the comments on ABC's forum, and these women are seriously pi**ed off!!

One of the greatest attributes in life (IMO) is the ability to roll with the changes. Network television has been struggling for a long time, in all avenues. They are still trying to make a buck and keep their investors happy and daytime soaps aren't effectively doing either.
