Hellllooo. I frequently lurk around the shadows of this forum but just signed up because, well, it's awesome.
I just ordered Power 90 on Saturday night after spending an ample amount of time reading about how many people have found success from the program.
My issue is keeping myself motivated.
So far I have come up with two ways:
Hang up the calendar in my room where I will see it every day & check off the little date box after I complete a workout.
Take a picture of myself and hang it up next to said calendar as a reminder "Hey - Get rid of the jiggle!" - Then take a 30, 60 and 90 picture to show progress.
Diet isn't really an issue - Just keeping motivated and actually sticking to it. So, here comes the big question: What else can I do to stick with it in the long-term?
