Sorry I'm not around much at the moment, I can't seem to lift my game at all.
However, I'm about to shut down for the night and I can say that today, I've been 100% compliant, one good day.

I agree...........one day at a time. I know that I feel overwhelmed if I look at the whole picture so I do one day at a time...sometimes one meal at a time. I like the "you can't have 2 good days in a row until you have one good day." So true. We are all here to support you & each other. So keep on keeping on, eh?

You are my motivation to keep trying. I had even removed 3 fat chicks from my favorites last week due to discouragement. I signed back in this morning and am determined to make it through today on plan as well.
