Default Down a size!

I'll admit I've been feeling like I've been fighting a losing battle with weight but today was the first time in such a long time I felt good trying on clothes!

Last time I bought jeans I had to struggle to fit into a 22 but today the 22 was a lil too loose and 20 fit! (a tiny bit snug but in just the right way lol). I've got a long way to go still but it was a bit of a victory feeling that way because I'd forgotten how that felt.

I just hope I can stay on track. It's exciting though because the next sizes (18 then 16) are two I haven't been in since a brief period a few years ago then junior high! This site is so inspiring though because just a few months ago I was literally going to give up thinking I'm this big at 21 and failed my goals of being slimmed down so I could go to clubs like other girls my age..thought there's no hope or point because I had given up on life. I'm so happy for this site being around to help me realise I should never give up on losing weight.

That is so wonderful! I am SO HAPPY for you that you were able to have a nice shopping experience. I can't wait until I am there with you. For me, shopping is such a horrible experience that I try to do it as little as possible. When I absolutely HAVE to buy new clothes because my old one's are falling apart, I usually end up leaving the store in tears having bought nothing. One of my mini-goal rewards is to splurge on a REALLY nice pair of jeans once I get to a size 14. You know the ones I'm talking about. The kind that fit your butt and curves in all the right places.
Congratulations to you!! Just let the thought of those smaller sizes encourage you to keep at it. You can do it!! :-)

Thanks so much! Honestly I was expecting a horrible experience but I had worn down my only pair of pants (that I wear out of the house) so I had no choice but to go to the store. Ooo, Dilli Doo, that'd be cool to splurge like that! I bet those jeans will be amazing!

I haven't been shopping in years. I can't wait to get down a few sizes and go myself. Congratulations on your results!

Way to go! Those bigger sizes take forever to switch out of so that truely is an accomplishment. Once you get down a little more they will start changing at a much quicker pace which is kinda annoying if you hate shopping but exciting non the less. Keep up the good work!
