I started by replacing foods with more healthy options (ground beef into ground turkey white breads/pastas into wheat) Some people say that even wheat is still a carb but I am not on a carb free diet. I started increasing my veggies and decreasing my carbs (because I know they can be unhealthy) I eat a lot more fish and chicken then I use to. exp

Breakfast: 2 whole wheat pancakes w/ strawberries (no syrup but that is mostly because I don't like it but I do use peanut butter sometimes) 2 peices of turkey bacon.
Or bagel lowfat cream cheese, yogurt and grapes
Lunch: lean cuisen or turkey sandwhich or chicken salad
Dinner: Tilapia, broccoli, flavored rice or chicken, brussel sprouts, 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes or oven roasted rosemarry potatoes

Thats just a few things I eat I didn't have to change my food much cause i already ate pretty healthy I just had to start watching HOW MUCH I ate.
