I'm at 210.2, exactly the same as last week. I'm delighted by that for a couple reasons: 1) I ate soup for lunch and pizza for dinner yesterday. Salt could have easily done me in. 2) I was dead even all week. I feel like it's a settling in of this weight. I get nervous if I drop too quickly, feel like it's not real.
Now if I'm the same again next week, that's when I'll start to get disappointed.
Whoa! I had my days off. I realize that I am down from last week, 1.2 lbs. Furthermore, the 3 lbs down last week was actually 3.6 lbs down, for a two week total of 4.8 lbs. Woo! In Fitday, where I track, it tells you your weekly loss by comparing Saturday to Friday, so I was essentially leaving out anything I'd lost between that Friday and Saturday. Confusing!
150.5. Can't remember where i was last week. Probably about the same--dropped weight at the beginning of this week and then went back up the last couple of days.
I last weighed in on 4/1 at 207 and then went on vacation in Puerto Rico this week. Now, two weeks later I'm at 204 today. A three pound loss is huge for me.
