I'm back, not
quite as fat as I was when I first started year a while ago, but squarely in the middle
And today I'm resolving to start again and have just written up what I've had for lunch.
Tomorrow morning begins the weigh-in
we'll see what the damage is then
About the challenge thing: I'm thinking of making this thread a place where I have to be accountable to myself and you guys for, say, my first month back. Because it's easy to come back for
one day, but I'm hoping to be back for much longer, of course
