Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: to stop self-sabotaging my success and giving up because I get scared all the changes. Now I'm embracing the person I'm going to become through this journey.
Following any specific plan: Just calorie counting for the moment. I'm also trying to squeeze in walking whenever I can. I might try Weight Watchers later on.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm so over being fat. I've been this way my whole life and I finally woke up and saw what the big picture is. Also, I became a vegetarian the same time I started my weightloss and that's helped change my relation ship with food in a big way! I'm not dependent on food anymore and can say honestly that old lifestyle "isn't me".
