Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I love food! It is so hard to control myself! Also, I hate exercising and as a full time graduate student, I don't have much time to devote to exercising anyway.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: When I finally hit the 200 pound mark, it was a wake up call for me that I have to take charge of my life instead of allowing the pounds to creep up every year.
