Are you dehydrated at all or have you been sick lately?
I don't know how much you exercise, but it's not unusual for athletes to have resting heart rates in the 40s and lower blood pressure. I know people who have blood pressure that is consistently 90/60 and it's normal for them, so changes from your norm are what you really have to look out for. That said, I don't know how much of a change would just be a normal fluctuation. If you're not feeling lightheaded or have any symptoms, I would just drink some water, take it easy and check it again later.
I agree with the others, as long as you have no other symptoms you're okay.
My normal resting blood pressure (since losing weight) is 92/65 with a RHR around 50.
Wow, Kelly, that's low. I think. My new "normal" is exactly what it was in high school, so dipping below that seems crazy. And I think my HR of 46 is indicative of me not eating enough and stalling things out. It's just a guess. I'm just not sure 46 is healthy for me, so I was kind of happy to see the 59 today.
But, I have no other symptoms, so I'll take this as another indication of good health.
