lol, I can admit to watching trash TV too!

I don't watch the Bachelor, but I also watch Hoarders. I've watched some episodes from the different Housewives series, Toddlers and Tiaras, and other reality shows like Sister Wives. I've watched Heavy and seen the various "Half Ton" specials. Of course, with some of these series, I've actually learned some things, so it wasn't a total waste!

Sometimes it's okay to turn off the brain and just enjoy some TV, right?

:raisinghand: Yep, I admit I watch stupid tv. There's something about watching those types of shows that make me feel so normal!

I admit to watching The Bachelor on occassion as well as Hoarders (both of them) along with various other "reality" shows. I tend to come away from them thinking that my family is somewhat normal compared to some of the trainwrecks.

I watch Hoarders, or Hoarding: Buried Alive, or Animal Hoarders, and Clean House because it's along the same lines. Hoarding runs in my family, and I need to keep myself from showing those kinds of tendencies.

I love bad tv.

I am also an educated professional, just turned 40, and hang on the edge of my seat watching the Bachelor. Absolutely LOVE it. When a 2 hour episode is over, I find myself thinking, "I wish I had 2 more hours -- how am I supposed to wait a WEEK to see another episode!" HA!

Edit: Let alone wait till MAY for the new Bachelorette! hahahaha

My mom and I have a tradition of keeping up with the Bachelor together! I don't usually care about reality TV but I love Bachelor and Real Housewives of Atlanta! LOL!

Ha! I consider the Bachelor "classy" reality tv. I don't even watch! I'm more into Real Housewives (of everywhere) and the really trainwrecky MTV and VH1 and Bravo reality shows! And i don't mean casually, i actually make it a point to watch! They make me feel like a better-adjusted human being. And another educated professional on the list. Actually the higher my education has got, the trashier my tv and reading matter! And i know it's not just me. Hmmm... possible dissertation material for the future, perhaps...

In fairness to myself I do watch other "classy" reality shows (the talent competition type) like Idol, Top Model, Top Chef, Project Runway etc. I only watch two non-reality shows though: Big Bang Theory and Modern Family.

I can't do any reality TV. It's just to fake! LOL Besides, with the kids in the house, it's rare that disney channel isn't on. Sigh

Yay I'm so glad I'm not alone!!! heheheh Bachelor/ette is definitely my guilty pleasure..oh except without the guilt LOL I'm an unabashed watcher, even with my husband rolling his eyes so hard I'm afraid he's going to go blind ha hahah part of my Valentine present was that he watched Bachelor with me! he was horrified once the SECOND HOUR started hahahahaha.

The Hoarding shows I watch a lot, I see some OCD patients & ones with high anxiety like on the show and I find it interesting to watch. Also, my house is never cleaner than AFTER the show LOL I go speedy wheels before bed to be sure everything is in tip-top shape

yay crappy tv!

ROFL!!! I usually record and watch the Bachelor in our upstairs living room, but we were having carpeting installed and had to move all the furniture out the night of the finale. So I had to watch it in my husband's tv room (which he kindly allowed), but you should have seen the look on his face when I said, after the 2 hour finale, "Okay, now it's time for After The Final Rose!" hahahahhahahahaha
