Well I was just calculating what I have gained since signing back on to 3FC ... it's 6.8lbs since 3/11. Yikes!! TTOM started too so I know some of it is that. I have decided to make today my official start day to eat right and log what I eat. I am also going to attempt to get 64ozs of water in. My weight this morning was 179.8 when I came from work and 178.0 when I came from Curves and on 3/11 I was 173. I want to be 170 by the end of the month and stay there so I can get into the 160's in April. My original goal was to be 150 by my birthday but that is obviously not gonna happen.
