Yesterday was a good day. I hadn't made time to plan lunch properly, so ate veggie sausage patties, mashed potato (no milk or butter
) and baked beans.
Dinner was my new best friend, Quinoa, with steamed veggies tossed in oil and orange juice. mmmmm.
I've got some of both for today, which is quite an intense work day, so all should be well.
Feeling fine, I think the black dog has become quite a pale shade of grey.
