OK Jennifer, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things gradually. I weighed in at 173.0 today but my weight has been jumping around like crazy. I was at 168.8 earlier this week and last week I actually saw 178.2. I don't know what the variations in weight are caused by since nothing I am doing is consistent at the moment. My water intake is bad and I rarely eat what I consider as a descent meal here lately. I have been having some stomach issues this week and the only day I ate normal was yesterday and I still couldn't keep that down.
Today so far I have had:
a can of Campbell's chicken noodle
10 saltine crackers
2 cups ginger ale
... don't think about tomorrow, focus on TODAY and do the best you can//I'm not where I want to be, but I'm sure not where I used to be!//Don't let a bad meal turn into a bad day, a bad day turn into a bad week, a bad week push you to give up, Just pick up from there and get back on track
