Hi everyone! I've been MIA from here for a few months, and haven't made any weight loss progress (luckily, I haven't gained either). I was thinking about how my progress was best when I was around 3FC, so I'm jumping back in! I thought I'd start by posting some pictures.
The first picture is me (grey sweater with the scarf) at about 240 lb from about a year ago.
The other two were taken a few weeks ago, and that's me at about 215.
Thanks for putting all of your pictures here, it's really encouraging! And you all have such cute outfits!
235 to 215 - Calorie Counting (app. 3 months)
215 - 190 - No counting, but attempting a balanced diet (app. 1 year)
190 - 172- Paleo! (began 3/23/13)
