I'm working on my Master's in Counseling Psychology, so I am always interested in the psychological aspects of everything... I just came across the Jan/Feb 2011 issue of Psychotherapy Networker called "Diets and our Demons." The articles are available online and the look pretty good... I read the first few pages of the one by Judith Beck and it seems pretty on the mark. Anyway, this is a general link to the current issue, which will probably change shortly; as of now there is no dedicated url to the Jan/Feb 2011 issue so if it changes you can probably just search the site for it.
