Well, I have been at this a year now. I am down 46.4 pounds. I have lost 5 dress sizes (always wanted to be a 10, I am now a 6) and now work out 6-7 days per week, instead of no excercise at all. I can't say that I have an "after" pic as I will be working on toning over the next year, but I am happy with my progress so far. I will not be looking to lose any more, just strengthen and tone what I already have.
