well today was monthly weigh in only a week late but still. and the results say i'm at 226lb down from 277 in september last year. which is really cool on the flip side though i only lost 2lb last month which for me is really bad i'm grinding to a halt i think its cos i wasn't eating enough and everything shut down but i'm looking forward to this month got food got motivation and well i hoping to drop below 220 by at my next weigh in due around the 17th of may.

si... weight comes off more easily in the beginning, and slows towards the end,. but you knew that. the fact that you're still losing and not gaining is a major victory.

and last week, you mentioned that you were planning to make some changes.. how is that going?

it gave me a chuckle to see the title of your thread. i started one last night on the weight loss surgery board titled 'the bad and the ugly.' just a few meanderings about fear and such.

what.. did you think that the surgery made every single issue disappear overnight?????????? oh NOOOOOOOO. it just morphs into other strange things.

anyway... you're doing FABULOUS and you're inspiring me.

yea eating at least 2 decent meals aday back on the old diet as posted on general diets board. i hate it but it works. loads of excersies. decided to be single if a bird is interestd in me she'll have to prove it cos i'm really not looking for anyone at all. just gonna spend my time doing fun things learing to surf and dive this summer and taking up rock climbing

It's a good thing my husband doesn't post here. He'd be all over this post. (Agreeing that women are nothing but trouble). Matt - I agree we will never really understand each other. But the long HARD road is worth every hug and kiss.
