Default OMG My legs!!!

Why are my legs looking like this? It looks like the fat that was resident at the top of my inner thighs has sepatated from the muscle and is sitting in the middle of my thighs on both sides. One side just looks worse and it scared me. My body us looking really odd and a symetrical. U know it is but it's very notable now...so much so that my sweet husband broke it to me gently that my body is looking a different shape on each side. That didn't help my already disenchanted state of mind. What is happening to it?

It happens and it will redistribute according to your genetic body pattern. I have seen weird fat distribution and then later discover it is gone or smoothed out. I also am noticing my skin is getting firmer and not sagging as much. Don't panic, weight loss is just not a controlled factor when it comes to losing the fat or where or how.

It will even out eventually. Just make sure that you are doing the same numbers of reps of exercise on both sides and stay on plan. The body is a very funny thing.

My body has done weird things throughout, but everything eventually ends up back where it's supposed to be. We're putting our bodies through a lot, really. I thought for sure my breasts were going to be elephant skin socks forever, but they firmed up. You probably have some loose skin that hasn't tightened up yet filled with some redistributing fat. It will be ok.
