Mexican Layered Dip
(Whether you have WW or not you can look it up on their website and the recipe will come up, I couldn't post the link, just search "mexican dip")
Has anyone tried making this Mexican layered dip? I used to make the normal fatty version all the time and my friends and family loved it. They asked me to make it again for another occasion and I wondered if I used the WW recipe if they could tell the difference. I used this recipe and used low fat tortilla chips from Trader Joes, and I could have 18 chips for 2 points and 1/16th of the dip for 2 points. And everyone LOVED it- no one noticed it was so much healthier ! Which is always a good thing when you can make dishes healthier and keep the same great taste !!
