In a couple of hours, I'm heading out for a quick trip to Detroit to visit family. I'm determined to stay on plan while there...I've just managed to break the 50 pound barrier, enter Onederland, and see a number on the scale that I haven't seen since I was about 14. I'm taking some apples and beef jerky with me. I know that there will be at least one breakfast at Bob Evans, but I've checked out their online menu, and they actually have some healthy choices...it'll be hard to pass up biscuits with sausage gravy, but I will be strong
Aside from that, I'm guessing a lunch at McDonalds (no problem, I'll have a salad with grilled chicken and one of my apples), and a family dinner (where I'll just watch portion sizes and probably stick with tea for dessert). There will be a couple other meals in there, but it's a short trip, so I'm hopeful that I wont do too much damage.
I'm also curious to see how the airplane seats fit at my current weight..the last time I flew, I was 50 pounds heaver
