Default Confused

I am kinda confused how to calculate points? so if i had a meal and used spices and stuff like that to i have to count everything?

Have you joined weight watchers? Re-read your plan materials, it's all in there. (Spices don't have points....)

Yep- seagirl is right, spices don't have any point values.

I calculate my meal points by using an online (free) calculator.

I have not joined yet just doing some research before i get started thank you guys, what would i get if i join online? Does it give me guidance?

If you've never done WW before, you might want to consider joining the online plan. I think they have a deal for the first three months.

While it *is* possible to do WW totally on your own without signing up online or going to a meetings, it can be tricky if you don't have any WW experience. When I did it this way, I just used all of my old materials and a lot of the stuff was available for free online (like the calculator amandie mentioned). But if you don't have old materials or have never done WW before, it might be confusing. Especially since they just recently changed how points are calculated, so you have to be sure you're following one or the other. They can't be combined.

The online has tons of resources and articles to help you. They also have a forum community, although I much prefer 3FC
