Cool Down 13 pounds!
Yeah!! I have lost 13 lbs since starting the diet over in January. I started last year and during the holidays with my parents visiting gained like 9 lbs since the original start date. Now I am down a total of 20 lbs from the start. I don't see much of a difference, but my Hubby says I look smaller, so Yeah!

Way to go! Keep it up! Sometimes it is really hard to see the changes in your own body. This is why I wish I had measured/ took before pics. Oh well!
