Anyone lose weight while doing wii biggest loser + SB? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

My hunny got me a wii fit board for Christmas and bought me the Wii biggest loser game to help me out until i could get a gym pass. Just wondering if anyone has used that game and its showed results of lost weight? Or was it a whaste of time? Cuz im skeptical??? Were you doing the diet at the same time as doing the workouts? If so..how many days a week did you do the work outs?

I don't have any experience with "The Biggest Loser" game, but the Wii Fit game is fun, though I wouldn't say it's a calorie torcher. Anything that gets me moving instead of sitting is good though!

I have Biggest Loser though I don't use it much. It's definitely more of a workout than Wii Fit and should help. Any exercise is good

I mix-up EA Sports workouts, treadmill and stationary bike in the winter, oh and Walk Away the Pounds last year. It definitely helps with weight loss.

I don't have a wii, but I've been doing Dance Central on the Xbox Kinect and it definitely helps burn some calories, fo' sho'!!!
