Weight Loss Wonders On Rachael Ray Mon 1/31
just a heads up....
5 weight loss wonders (5 different people who have lost a lot of weight) will be the shows topic on monday jan. 31, 2011.... featuring 5 people who have collectively lost over 700 pounds, i believe she said...and someone talking about how to get the weight loss you want....by finding out YOUR number???? whatever that number means!! i'll have to watch to find out!!
sounded interesting...maybe those who work can record it.
i always find weight loss stories so inspiring...it makes me think,
IF THEY CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT!!
