Default My first Month! I went over my monthly goal!!!

My goal was to lose 8lbs a month. This has been my very first month and I lost 11lbs! I never ever ever ever gotten this far. Thinking back, I didn't really try hard at all. I complained about how much I hated my weight, but didn't do anything about it. I'm so proud of myself! Even more, when I was cleaning out my basement the other day I pulled out a tub of things I had years ago. I looked through it two days ago and found some clothes. I figured I can wash them and hopefully fit into them some day. So I washed them. Last night I tried on the clothes that were a size smaller than what I'm wearing now and they fit!!!!! The pants two size smaller I wasn't dare going to try squeezing into those, but this is one of the best feelings I ever had. Thanks for all the support, guys. I still have a long way to go, but this is my first monthly checkpoint. Love yall!

Congratulations!!! I love nothing more than eyeing a "one of these days..." piece of clothing and discovering that it fits I had a moment like that the other day with a pair of pants and it felt soo good. Looking forward to seeing your next checkpoint

Congrats! That's really great. I hope those pants help you keep your goals in mind. Next month you'll totally fit into the ones that were 2 sizes smaller.

Congrats!!!!!! Im glad to see that you are having very realistic goals of 8 pounds a month. I think thats really great. Setting realistic goals will make u feel so much better. Lots of times we set goals that are so outrageous and when we dont get it then we feel bad about ourselves. You keep up the good work!
