I did well until about 7 PM then I had a couple things I shouldn't have had, but I'll accept that. I have eaten junk food nonstop for a couple of months so a 90% perfect day was a great start. Today is going well too, had a big mexican lunch but am gonna have just vegetables for dinner since I am stuffed now so shouldn't be to bad. Off work for the next 3 days therefore I am going to get my (__Y__) in gear and have an OP long weekend.
