Default What vitamins/herbs do you use?

I have been researching about vitamins and herbs a lot lately.

I am trying to cleanse my inside and restore balance through balanced diet, herbs and vitamins.

I do not take any weigh loss supplements, because they scare me.

I take a daily vitamin pack from GNC called be-wholesome
Milk Thistle, because I show slight liver damage from lupus related meds.
Acidophilus
Oil Of Oregano -- my internal flora was quite off due to Prednisone
Cayenne -- because all I read about it, it is just supposed to be really good for you
Flaxseed Oil
Glucosamine

I am thinking about adding Acai, but not sure if it is all hype.

Hi! I take the following: glucosamine chondroitin w/ MSM (joint lubricant) [they also recently added Vit. D and ?calcium? to this as well], acidophillus and black cohosh blend in an a.m. and a p.m. dosage.

Why? What's wrong with your liver?

If there is something wrong, you really should see a doctor.

I have seen many of them.

I have lupus and I was on Prednisone almost for a year. I am doing a gentle herbal cleansing. With milk thisle, turmeric, dandelion root etc. All very well known and well tolerated herbs.
