Default I Ate My First WW Meal

I am excited. I planned my first WW Flex meal and i was full!

I am excited because the meal planning and preparation is the hardest thing for me. I was so worried that I would be hungry all the time on WW but I planned a meal and I didnt cheat on the measurements.

My Breakfast was:

2 Large Eggs scrambled with 1/2 tsp Soy Margarine
1 serving of Cream of Wheat with 3 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Soy Margarine and 2TBSP 10% Half & Half

It came out to 9.7 points. Now that may seem like a lot but the amazing thing is its breakfast. I dont usually eat breakfast and it took me about 1.5 hours to plan it and make it LOL. So it really turned out to be lunch. But its a start.

I'm just happy. Now my goal is to plan my snack and supper ahead of time so I dont wait so long.

29 pts per day plus I started exercising.

Yay. me!

It gets easier, Shay! You'll soon know the point values for your regular foods by heart. If it helps, take 10 minutes and go through your pantry and fridge and mark the point values per serving on the food containers. For example, write a '2' on the egg carton and a '1' on the bananas. I did that last night and it's a big help, especially when I'm looking around for something to eat.

I am new, but doing the Flex Plan too. I did it many years ago and it worked for me.

I'm doing flex too and love it!! Way to go with your first meal plan!! I agree I take a black marker and mark the point value on anything I want - so it gets easier & eventually you just start to remember them I use to plan my entire day out the night before. Now I can do my day as I go (but it took a couple weeks for me to do that). I write down everything and their point value right away though so I can stay within my points. Also something that took me a bit to figure out (not sure why), but don't be afraid to use half servings ie. half the peanut butter, half the margarine etc. Uses half the points
