Default Smoothie for the Veggie Challenged

Has anyone ever tried Super Green Fruit & Veggie Smoothie?

I'm very veggie challenged. Some one told me this smoothie would help me get some veggies in (mainly broccoli, since I hate hate hate it) and not taste them.

1 20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice
1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1 head broccoli, cut into florets, about 2 cups
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup frozen green peas
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup crushed ice

In a blender, combine pineapple chunks and juice, apple, banana, kiwis, avocado, broccoli florets, spinach, peas, honey, apple juice and ice. Blend until smooth. Add more juice if needed. Serve immediately.

I'll have to take out the banana, since I've developed a slight allergy a few years ago

Oh, and if you know of any smoothies for the veggie challenged, please post them!!

I just had my first green smoothie a few days ago. It was

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup water
1 mango
about 3 ounces of fresh spinach.

Tasty, and no vegetable taste. I'll have to try yours--that's a lot of veggies!

Oops, I just re-read the "allergic to bananas" sentence. I would probably add frozen berries in lieu of the banana, although it might not be as creamy. Still good though!
