I have fallen in love with the Leslie Sansone DVDs. I have had knee and spinal issues over the years and had used these issues as excuses for not doing any type of exercise. These videos are something I can do and it has helped me lose weight and also helped my joints to feel good!! Plus, they're just fun to do!!
