welcome monster! congrats on your previous loss- you're already accomplished so much, and way to not give up we're right here for you

So I ate dinner, workouts done for the day, now time to relax and get ready for work. I'm going to bring some good snacks so I don't overeat or get too hungry for the morning. Hopefully it will be a quiet night!
