Talking 15lbs in 1 month!
Hi all. I'm new to this site, new to forums for that matter, and I thought I would give some inspiration to those of us who are just starting "the weight loss journey". As mentioned in my title, I've lost 15lbs since December 5th, 2010. I'm so excited! I can remember lurking in the photo album forum looking at all the weight loss and I would be thinking, "I can't wait until I see results". Well patience is a virtue young butterflies...

To all those just getting started, stick with it and don't focus on losing weight everyday. Once the body gets going it will do what it's supposed to do.

Congrats!! This is inspiring to me since I am just starting the Atkins. I feel full all of the time. I did it 10 years ago and lost so hoping my age allows me to do it again!!!! Keep up the good work!
