I did! I asked that same question and got very little response to it, so I kind of figured it was abnormal. Exercising when I first started out last January (so same time of year) always brought on bronchitis, actually, or at least the start of it. I seem to produce more phlegm. Even now, this time of year, I still get sick-like symptoms that seem entirely induced by exercise. Even just yesterday, I had a really good runner faster than I've run before, and my chest burned all day long.
I've started taking sudafed before (or just after) a workout. That helps every single time. I can usually tell within a half hour after a workout if I'm going to have a problem with this or not.
I don't think a lot of people react this way though.
