Default Started SB yesterday!

I started the SBD yesterday. When I got on the scale this morning, it showed a 2lb loss. I know this is all water, but it is so encouraging. I didn't binge eat that day and even inadvertantly cheated by having creamer with 5 grams of sugar in it. Also my salad dressing had only 2 grams of sugar per serving but it had 15 fat grams. Can anyone recommend a good bottled salad dressing? I'm also having a hard time drinking water. I plan to buy some crystal lite to add to my water bottles.

Here's what I ate

breakfast: 2 large eggs, 2 turkey bacon
mid moring: 2 cheese sticks and 1 serving of turkey pepperoni (wow the sodium!!!!)
lunch: 3 slices of deli turkey breast, 3 wedges of laughing cow cheese, 2 celery stalk
dinner: romain salad with Ken's Ranch Salad Dressing and small handfull of chicken breast, Dannon's low carb yogurt.
snack: 2 individual fudgecicles and 1/4 cup of sunflower seed

I love this forum!

Welcome soulwinner. I took a look at your menu and in Phase 1 you should make sure to have at least these items each day:
2 cups low fat dairy
1/2 cup beans
4.5 cups veggies
64 oz. water

I didn't see a lot of veggies, and that is absolutely key to filling up/keeping things moving/and losing weight.

Welcome to SB. The Dannon yogurt should be plain and low or non-fat, not fruit flavored until phase II.

, Soulwinner! Some of my favorite salad dressings are Ken's Lite Northern Italian and Cardino's Caesar, but now I don't even use dressing on my salad most of the time.

Salsa mixed in a little NF Greek yogurt also makes a good salad dressing.

Welcome!

Best wishes! I'm a firm believer in posting every single day. I don't miss even if it's just a quick hello. When I'm OP and doing great it works, when I've strayed with food or am feeling in the dumps coming here helps me refocus and not get way off track.
