Default Lifetime weight loss total

If you have multiple attempts at weight loss, as I think many of us have, how much would you guess you have lost in your lifetime?

I lost 45 about 3 times. I lost 30 probably 2 more. I lost ten once without trying. Then this time I have lost 106. So I guess I have lost about 311 in my lifetime. Wow.

I'm with lottie on this one. I am almost ashamed to admit that I actually have no idea how much it would be. I'd be willing to bet it's somewhere around the 300 lb. range. That really is sad. What's worse is that I am really scared and anxious that I will suddenly freak out and gain it all back again.

The most important thing now is your almost at your goal. Now you can enjoy your life and maintain what you have worked so hard to accomplish.

I had lost a little over 80lbs in highschool, then gained that back plus more 4 year later. Now I have lost 150lbs, so thats a total of about 230lbs.

This is my first serious attempt at weight loss. I've lost 5-10 lbs a few times before, but I don't have an exact count because I never really weighed myself. I just went down a jean size a couple times, then right back up before I really even had a chance to buy new jeans.

The ones that I am aware of...

298 to 248: -50
280 to 225: -55
234 to 226: -8
232 to 229: -3

So 116 pounds. Wow, what an eye-opener. Of course, I wish I had lost that much without ever gaining anymore back. I just hope this sinks in so that I don't bounce back up again.

Mmm, most of my stints were 5-10 pounds max. Closer to 5. But a few big ones stick out.

8th grade: 40 pounds
college: Four dress sizes, so maybe 40 pounds. (I didn't own a scale)
2006: 30 pounds

NOW: 80 pounds!

So that's 190

I have no clue! I don't think that I can count that high!

I'm guessing around 500lbs.
I've lost
60lbs 1980
106lbs 2002-2004
80lbs (so far)

and then I've lost 10-20lbs many times. Sigh.

I have no idea about those random 1-2lbs up and down, but I lost 40lbs back in 2002, 60lbs in 2006/2007 and I've lost 39lbs this go round. Plus 10lbs I regained when I went off track in April. So that's what, about 150lbs? That's more than what I want to end up weighing!

Ugh, it's so sad written out like that, lol. To think, I could've just lost 79lbs the first time and kept it off!
