I logged my calories yesterday, and it came out to 1334, and I was wondering why I was so hungry but I figured it was because I'd been eating too much lately, so I went to bed to avoid eating anymore. This morning I realized I accidentally logged yesterday's oatmeal twice, and I actually ate more like 1100 calories yesterday.
Oh well, weight is headed down so it's all good.
B - oatmeal, raisins, ls jam, skim milk
L - leftover pasta and chili
S - banana
D - polenta with sausage ragu, broccoli
E - strength training at lunchtime
