Monday 1/3:
B - oatmeal, raisins, ls jam, skim milk
L - leftover cabbage beef soup, bread
S - popcorn, few pretzels, beer
D - stir fry of tofu and chinese veggies on rice
S - hot cocoa
E - half hour-ish walk

Tuesday 1/4 - BACK ON TRACK day, my house guests are gone!
B - oatmeal, raisins, ls jam, skim milk
L - leftover stir fry on rice
S - banana, clementine, lf string cheese
D - mushroom hazelnut pasta
E - 35 min bike trainer ride
