Default Another New Beacher!
Hi everyone! I am jumping on the bandwagon and starting the new year right with South Beach... again! I was on South Beach three years ago and it was fantastic. Three years later, well we all know what happens, time to do it again. I joined today so I won't feel like I am doing this alone. Looking forward to having someone to chat with about staying on track!

Welcome!!! I'm on day 2 here...I also have done SBD with success in the past, but have finally hit bottom (or tops?) in terms of my weight and needed to add that accountability component.

I have been doing it since September. had FANTASTIC success..until...well you know that Month that just passed. yeah. LOL. So back on P1 now. WOOT.
